I love helping others be the best for their child while being gracious with themselves. By applying what I’ve studied about human and child development, I help you understand both yourself and your child because there’s a lot going on between you, your partner, your extended family and your close community.
We all need help, I sure did when my kids were little (and teenagers!) Many feel like nobody ever taught them how to parent, especially the growing number of stay-at-home dads. Some worry that they need to do better, like they’re never good enough. Others may be afraid their own life experience of being parented is going to affect how they respond and want to break unhealthy cycles. Some feel overwhelmed at the prospect of guiding a child through an uncertain, unpredictable world and want direction. And some feel unable to be present with their child due to long work hours and seek ways to make the most of the time they do have.
Coaching will take these challenges head on – without judgement, blame or shame. You’ll find hope and guidance as you find ways to be the parent you want to be and help your child thrive throughout childhood, adolescence and into adulthood. 🥰
