For over two decades, Michael Gonzalez has contributed his expertise to both non-profit and for-profit sectors within the early childhood field. With a robust background, he’s accumulated extensive experience. His involvement spans over a decade as a Board of Directors member for the Texas Association for the Education of Young Children (TXAEYC), with his current role being the organization’s Past-President.
As an adept instructor in the field, Michael has conducted comprehensive professional development sessions for a diverse range of early childhood professionals throughout his career. Presently, he holds the position of Director of Professional Development at Metropolitan Montessori Schools, where he guides the growth of more than 40 early childhood practitioners through effective professional development strategies.
