#50: Mom Story: Why I Took a Break from Social Media with Priscilla Hall
About our guest:
Priscilla Hall is the mom of four children, ages eight, six, four and one. She’s married and works full time, balancing a career she loves and busy family, including a couple of budding gymnasts who have lots of classes each week. In this episode, Priscilla shares her experience with post-partum depression and anxiety, and as a result, recently decided to take a break from social media to see how that might help.
I think you’ll love her story, listen here.

I spend time each morning in meditation and would love to pray for you, your child or whatever’s on your heart. Simply email me and let me know how to pray. It can be as simple just your name or you can give a short explanation. Either way you can trust that I will do it.
