#48: Parenting with a Positive Mindset

Keeping a positive mindset as a new parent is challenging because the first 3 years can be intense. First you have months of interrupted sleep and adjustments, going back to work or adjusting to long days at home, then there’s those toddler shenanigans and three year olds whose curiosity literally could kill the cat (or themselves) if you’re not watching every second. Talk about being on high alert! Parenting can be as exasperating as it is exhilarating.

And on those cranky days, how can you change your own mindset to find the positive when everyone’s crying? On this podcast, Lenora Edwards, a personal success coach, gives you several ways to interrupt negative thinking cycles, taking you back to a positive mindset.

About our guest:

Lenora is a High Performance Success Coach and Teacher. She helps people achieve their personal goals and accomplish their desires. Specializing in Hypnosis, Holographic Memory Resolution (HMR) and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), she is able to help people easily release what is holding them back so that they can effortlessly move forward and enjoy their life on their terms.

As an enthusiastic student of life, Lenora has spent more than 15 years studying, practicing and implementing teachings and technologies from experts, mentors and coaches from all over the world. She is incredibly passionate, compassionate and dedicated to helping others using the knowledge, tools and skills she has learned from her phenomenal teachers and mentors. Lenora has experienced, first hand, the amazing benefits and outstanding results these approaches have had on her own life and the lives of those she has worked with.

With a bit of playfulness, a whole lot of curiosity and a relentlessly determined attitude to succeed you too will get the changes you want!
